ABUS cranes are ideal for use in factory settings. The types of crane they manufacture means that your entire factory set up can be created using only cranes from this brand. The ABUS-branded stock that we supply includes: Overhead Travelling Cranes Overhead Cranes and OHTCs in particular are excellent for use in factory settings. ABUS creates single girder, double girder and underslung OHTCs, so there will definitely be a crane that is suitable for you. This type of lifting gear is designed to lift loads over obstacles; you can safely and effectively transport goods without sacrificing floor space. This makes it ideal for heavy duty lifting, and perfect in situations where there is a limited amount of room. Your exact choice of ABUS overhead crane should be guided by the available space and the loads to be lifted. An underslung OHTC is better when floor space is at a premium, but they tend to have lower lifting capacities. Double girder crane systems allow for greater hook height, but the single girder is cheaper and less complex. ABUS Jib Cranes Jib Cranes are perfect pieces of lifting gear for light lifting and versatile materials handling. The ABUS range includes every structural possibility – from underbraced wall mounted jibs, to pillar-mounted jibs with a full 360 degree slewing rotation. Gantry Cranes by ABUS While ABUS is an ideal brand to use when creating an integrated lifting solution, they do also offer one-off lifting gear. Their mobile gantry crane is one example of this. This is the right choice for customers who need to use their crane at several points, but who do not require a permanently installed solution. It is easy to move, and quick to dismantle making it perfect for situations when a fixed crane is not appropriate. Offering load capacities of up to 2000 k.g., the ABUS mobile gantry crane will not withstand heavy duty lifting. But it is a great choice when you need to lift lighter loads efficiently.
